A Thanksgiving Visit from Grandpa and Grandma McClelland Christmas
We had the honor of having Dan's parents here for a week of Thanksgiving! It was an amazing visit, with a lot of quality time with them for each of us. Each of the children got a full day on thier own with Grandpa and Grandma! Olive did crafts and games and Valor made blanket forts and helped Grandma cook. We are grateful for them to be able to come. Before they left, we put Christmas music and decorated our home with Christmas decorations! All the good pictures are from Grandma's camera, she always takes great ones!

One family tradition is that we always put up a Fisher Price Nativity scene that my, Carole's parents, gave us to play with. However, I always hide baby Jesus (because he was not born yet!). The kids get to look and find him on Christmas Eve! Well, a few days ago, Olive accidentally found baby Jesus! He was a little premature this year! Hahaha
Olive loves reading so much and last year we had like 3 Christmas books. Well, our family on both sides changed that this year by giving us a bunch of Christmas books for the season! We have read one new Christmas book almost everyday! Grandma in Chicago also reads us a book every week and this month she has been reading Christmas books! We also made Christmas cookies, and love Christmas crafts! So we have been blessed abundantly this year with Christmas cheer!
Finally this year our kids have LOVED PUZZLES!
This holiday break, Olive has started 300 piece puzzles
and Valor has enjoyed Olives big floor puzzles!
OFC they get a little help from Mommy and Daddy!
And 2021 has been a BIG PUZZLE for our family and ministry!
